Invalid Access to Memory on Windows Server 2003 SP2 x64

Hello,

I just installed WinSCP 4.1.4 on a Windows Server 2003 SP2 x64 box. The GUI loads fine, but whenever I try to invoke the software from the commandline, I get this error: 

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>winscp /console

Invalid access to memory


How to fix?
