I belive it is rather server problem or problem with connection to your server. If it does not resolve, let me know.

I haven't been able to upload my web files onto my college server since yesterday. I downloaded the new version of WinSCP and that didn't help. I get the message "Searching for Host", then "Network Error: Connection timed out". Apparently it can't make the connection....is my WinSCP corrupted or is it a server problem? Can't ask the college because the help desk is closed on the weekend. I can access the web site, just can't upload onto the server.
