set times: Operation not permitted

Hello,

I have a mounted smb filesystem which can be accessed via ssh. When I use WinSCP (all versions) to copy a file I get the following error message:

scp: /mnt/test/test.txt: set times: Operation not permitted

Copying the file itself works fine. There's just the above error at the end. Does WinSCP try to set date information? Can this be turned off?

Copying with pscp (Putty command line scp) doesn't show any errors.

Regards
Manfred
