My team use the facility to "Keep remote directory up to date" an awful lot.
Our app runs from linux but we develop on Windows.
We also use a few ant scripts so our package names don't necessary follow our folder namespace structure.
Anyway, what would be very useful to us would be if you could start a putty session while keeping a remote directory up to date.
Currently we end up opening a new WinSCP just to open another "Open session in Putty" (we don't ue the putty.exe because you have Putty set up to open automatically with password authentication etc...).
