Topic says it all.
I had a file named com1.xml, and when browsing the dir with this file in it, WinSCP hangs.
Renaming the file to something else than com1 resolved it, but if I just changed the extension it didn't help.

Reproduced this with winscp 4.1.6 and 4.1.8 on Windows XP and Windows Vista.
