WinSCP – Network error: Connection Refused; PuTTY – OK
I can use PuTTY to connect my FreeBSD machine which has sshd enabled. But WinSCP always complains that "Network error: Connection Refused". It's strange. I thought PuTTY and WinSCP should be the same.
