That definitely looks like firewall issue. I would try to connect using IP address still, though I doubt it helps.

Can you post a log file from the other client?

I'm trying to use WinSCP to FTP, and am getting this error:

An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
Connection failed.

I've selected passive mode. I've added WinSCP to my firewall exceptions.

I'm running WinSCP Version 4.1.9 (Build 416) with Windows XP SP2.

I can access this FTP site with another FTP client, but ideally, I would be able to use WinSCP.

Any other things I should be trying?
