Exactly. This is not related to WinSCP. Contact your server administrator.

root directory files

Hi,

First of all please exuse my lack of technical language, I am very new to this program and unfamiliar with many of it's functions. I have WinSCP version 4.2.1 (Build 482). In my root directory I recieve downloaded reports from BCBSM, the problem is after a few days they drop off and I don't know where they go or how to access them again. If this function can be changed so the reports stay in the file, or somewhere else permanently I would like it to be set up that way. I have read through the basic functions but am unable to find anything that pertains to this topic. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, or maybe a number where someone could walk me through the basics over the phone...Let me know.
Thanks,
Janice Dunn
