Invalid access to memory

I work as a computer troubleshooter at Rhode Island College. One user her tries to save a session and she gets the "Invalid access to memory error." Afterwards, the program cannot be closed out unless you go into the Task Manager.

She is using Win XP SP3, WinSCP version 4.1.9, Commander interface.
