I "think" I may have figured out what happened. The directory was a tomcat deployed webapp, and tomcat undeployed the application for some reason! Still trying to figure out why that happened, but I don't think it was winSCP.
Sorry for the false alarm!
Additional information:
- Running Windows XP for the client.
- The remote session is Solaris on a zfs filesystem
- Using default SFTP
Unfortunatly the logging was not on! It's on now!
Thanks,
Mike
I'm running winscp winscp419.exe standalone executable.
I had a very problematic thing occur tonight which I'm still trying to recover from. I copied a file from the current directory on the remote session and dropped it on an existing directory in that same session. That directory was deleted and the file is still in the parent directory.
I've been using winscp for a long time and have "never" had this happen!
I "really" need to find out why this happened so I can continue using WinSCP. I tried to duplicate this and have not been able to.
Any idea what could cause this?
Thanks!
