the unix script just uploads that file I copy using WinSCP to another location....

Need assistance for WinScp and unix script
Hi,
I want to know if there is any way I can automatically run a unix script on a file i copy in a folder using WinSCP. To connect to Putty i use the same username and password but I would like to skip the part in which i have to reenter the same user and pass and run the script directly from winscp. Can this be done? I'm not very familiar with using unix and winscp...this is part of some processes i have to do at work and i'd like to make it simpler. If anyone can give me an idea I'd appreciate it.
