I use notepad++ with winscp and all of sudden recently my notepad++ for some reason thinks that files don't exist after a few minutes.

I use notepad++ with winscp and all of sudden recently my notepad++ for some reason thinks that files don't exist after a few minutes. I know winscp moves files to my temp dir and then notepad++ opens it there. Is there something wrong with my setup?
