Sync Issues
I was using winscp 4.18 and then upgraded tp V4.25(624) and the bug still exists.
Bug: When synchronizing files between Local and Remote dirs, the sync tool sometimes reports "no differences found" when there are file differences.
It did however report a difference when sync was run in the opposite direction. The problem is that if I did not test sync in the reverse direction I would have thought everything was okay and exited the program missing the updated files. This is very dangeroius. I now have to go thru all my directories no and resync in both directions to be sure all the updates as there.
