Looks like this problem. But obviously without the read access, WinSCP is not able to apply the workaround.

Hello,
I have trouble with uploadnin data using FTP. My FTP server is based on IIS 7.0. Users have only WRITE rights on it (cannot read files or even list them). When I try to upload some big files (>100MB) transfer stops om 99%, connection breaks and upload starts from the beginning. Funny thing: when I use Windows buildin FTP client everything goes ok. I'v tried every possible configuration.
