I am looking for

1. Minimize to tray option
   
2. Don't close WinSCP if I disconnect from server
   
3. Allow me view to local folder even if I don't connect to any server
   
4. Need FTP also
   

there may be other features which is not discussed here, and that useful and simple to write, but missed because nobody thought about it.

Minimize to tray is simple you can use Windows API
Shell_NotifyIcon in Lib shell32.
I could help you in that.
