Actually the Erro occurs in the line "put "D:\apps\incoming\FTP\ACK\WORK\*.*" /Incoming/Recon/"..

I am using same machine to run both the script and same account as well.
As i created two seperate "BAT" file and executed through two seperate scheduled task in "Control panel".

Are you running both winscp.exe and winscp.com on the same machine and under the same account?

I ran the script through WINSCP.exe and the error "cannot create file C:\program files\winscp\winscp.ini" is displayed, then i given the permission to the directory. but Now the same error occuring in "Winscp.com" while executing the script, below mentioned the two scripts running in different winscp

Are you sure you have write permissions to the directory?
