Yes.. I call IPswitch ... thought it was the server.. but he connected using same user ID and P/W. it's a 20 character password, I can connect using Winscp, same version from my desk.. going out to the internet and back in... I even had her delete the session and create it new.. still won't connect.. others are ... totally confused with this one.. This would be her 3rd session if that matters..

Is there anything special about the third password? Are you able to connect with another SSH client?

I have setup 3 sessions to connect SFTP to a server, each with different user ID. They go to different folders. 2 work fine, the latest one will not connect.. it always gets cannot access denied.. I have copied everything exact and the same as the other sessions except user name and password. Had other user setup and try no problem they connect.. what could be going on?
