Ok .. I'm a bit closer then I was before! I put /defaults at the end took care of the 'remote directory up to date' dialog.

But once the compare operation is done that 'remote directory up to date' comes back. Isn't there a way to have it minimize automatically??

Command line start or WinSCP stops just shy of starting

Howdy!

This is the first time trying the command line way of starting WinSCP up. Normally I just go through the gui. I think my old age is getting the better of laziness but hey!

I use this nifty little program as a replacement to Windows failed 'WebDisk.' I use WinSCP to keep the remote directory up to date and I just edit the files on my local machine and then *woosh* their uploaded!

Here's the command line I have so far minus my username:

winscp.exe ********@ftp.handlersspot.net /keepuptodate D:\HostGator\HandlersSpot.net /home/********/public_html  /log="C:\winscp.log"

It fires up and I see the connection dialog pop up! But then I get a part of the gui like this that is wanting interaction from me:

<invalid hyperlink removed by admin>

Should I be seeing any part of the actual gui when using the command line??

Here's my log (I put it on Google Doc's ->> <invalid hyperlink removed by admin>

Hope it's something simple I'm not doing!
Thanks for any help!
