Login to connect host server - please help!

Need to update my website soon.

Downloaded succesfully WinSCP. Now having problem to Login. Know the host server, username and pw BUT gives an alarm "ePrivilege". I have not given any Private key file so why does it not login without it?

Is it possible another person who has made updates to the website has a key file that stops WinSCP to login, or what?

Please advice?
