I am failing to sign in. I have my username and the password, but they don't work. How can I fix this or get a new access?

Hey, I haven't used WinSCP in about two years and now I have to use it to edit an online profile, but I've completely forgotten the password. What can I do to retrive it? I appreciate any help.
