Can't connect to my database

Hello,

OK, first of all, I've never used WinSCP before and I'm relatively new to all of this.

I'm trying to connect to my PostgreSQL database by typing the following command in the terminal : 

psql -h postgres-info -U voyageur agencevoyage


The software then freezes and I don't have any other choice than to abort.
