WinSCP cannot do this. Obviously it is technically possible, but I do not thing I'll add it. There is too many other things to do already.
I was wondering if it was possible for WinSCP to act as a "wrapper" for older programs that do not support SCP or SFTP. Perhaps the old FTP programs could point to the localhost with a specified port number. WinSCP could then translate thoes requests into SCP or SFTP and vice versa allowing old programs that support FTP to support SCP or SFTP.
My mom always taught me that someone cannot say no unless you ask so here is me asking. :-)
