Please post a log file both from WinSCP and Fetch.

'error listing directory'
I'm having an interesting experience trying to access an ftp site. Using 'Fetch' on a MAC, I'm able to open the ftp site and get a directory listing. However, when I use 'WinSCP', ftp passive, on Windows 7, it hangs trying to retrieve the directory listing.
Can you think of any reason why logging into the ftp site might block the directory listing or cause it to hang?
