Opening files by dragging.

I open the files in different editors. Drag their mouse from WinSCP. Starting with version 5, there was a problem. Each file name is appended incomprehensible random characters. In some editors it is just visible, but does not interfere. Some results in an error.

For example. The program file compare "WinMerge" and editor of PHP "PHP Expert Editor". I repeated the procedure for opening a file by dragging around 10-15 times in each of them (the error is not always). Result in a screenshot is attached.
