No. It barely supports ftp. For a much more stable ftp client that doesn't have issues with deleting folders or kicks offline easily, I suggest smartftp or even putty. They both support passive mode.

That's one reason why no one used it. No ftp support, no passive mode.

Putty is still the best. It's much smaller, less resources, can ssh, sftp, ftp, scp. And it runs on all operating systems. It supports heavy duty encryption options such as aes, triple des, etc.
