Same problem happening with 4.3.8 and 5.0.7
Connecing in passive mode, FTP port 21, Windows 2008 RC2 server
If I use the Win7 FTP client, I AM able to issue a 'dir' command after connecting and logging on
If I try either version of WinSCP, I get logged in but it always times-out in the message box that appears during connection, instead of retrieving the directory listing. I use the Commander GUI interface.
Once in a great while, I did get the directory listing to appear, but as soon as I would try to switch to another directory, WinSCP goes into 'application not responding' mode.
I was suspect of the windows FTP server, so I installed the Filezilla FTP server. I get the same behavior as above.
