One of my sites will not load via WinSCP

I currently have 3 sites on WinSCP. Prior to today they all pulled up without problem. Today, 2 of the 3 sites will load but one will not. It simply does nothing but hangs. I can access the site via the hosting portal online and can access the files via File Manager. However, I need to quickly be able to FTP files back and forth and I cannot. Can you please investigate this issue.
