You need to select FTP protocol first on the Session tab.

Incomplete menu

I must be blind because I know this answer should be in the documentation somewhere. On the login menu I am attempting to locate the FTP tab so I can change the passive mode setting, however even when I check advanced options, I do not see it there (see below). I just updated to version 5.1.0 build 2625. What am I missing here?
