WinSCP and FTP/SSL client certificate usages

I need to connect to an FTP secure server (using FTP/SSL) that requires the use of client certificates. Is WinSCP compatible with using FTP client certificates? I have seen some forum comments that indicate it is not and I have not been able to identify parameters that WinSCP can include for the client certificate file, key file or certificate password. Could you please confirm whether client certificates are viable with WinSCP, and if not, are there plans to make it so in the future?
