While you have not specified it, I suppose that you are connecting to Windows server with multiple drives. If that's true, I need to know what is the server. For example with OpenSSH server running on Cygwin, you may open D: drive by using "Open directory" command and typing /cygdrive/d. With VanDyke secure shell, you would type D:/, etc...
