NO-IP.COM

I use RealVNC to connect to my mother's computer. I do that through NO-IP.com. I'd like to use WinSCP in the Windows Explorer mode to move large files back-and-forth. I suspect that I must "tunnel" using the NO-IP account but it's not clear how to do that.

Can someone please help me get this setup? Thanks.
