Please set the following value in registry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\DragExt]

"LogFile"="c:\\path\\dragext.log"

Restart your machine and try again. Collect the log and attach here. Thanks.

Also check if Enable value is set to 1 in the same key (or in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive).

getting the same error

Hello Im getting the same error on some windows vista clients. Same installer works perfectly on Windows 7.
- I did restart the machine.
- Im not using portable Version.
- Windows is 32 Bit (Win7 where it works is 64 Bit)
- The Winscp Version is 0.65

Has anyone come up with a solution for this Problem yet?

Ok, and did you restart your machine? Did you install WinSCP or are you using portable executable? What version of Windows are you using? 32 ot 64 bit? What version of WinSCP? Etc, etc, etc...
