What is DW?
Please post a link to their documentation that you have tried to follow. Also mention what options have you set explicitly. Session log file would be useful too.

cannot connect to Yahoo

Have two sites on Yahoo and cannot connect to either. Read their FTP changes to FTPS and SSL/TSL enables, but still cannot connect.

One site uses DW to connect, but I don't see any reference to TSL explict.

Other site uses WinSCP, but have followed Yahoo's directions on changes but still cannot make a connection.

Any suggetions?
