Please check with server administrator. He/she should be able to see what's going wrong in the server logs.

Server refused to start a shell/command
Why sometimes my sFTP failed, it seems like intermittent.
It used to work just fine, but at least once a day it failed in irregular time.
Can anybody tell me why ?
The log file look like this:
Searching for host...
Connecting to host...
Authenticating...
Using username "sms_user".
Authenticating with public key "rsa-key-20121114".
Server refused to start a shell/command
Authentication log (see session log for details):
Using username "sms_user".
Authenticating with public key "rsa-key-20121114".
Authentication failed.
confirm off
No session.
No session.
