You may need to specify proxy on Proxy tab of login dialog, if there is some between you and the server.

Basic questions about this product...please help!
Hello,
One hour ago I had never heard of this product, now by this evening I have to have a program running in production that will use this product to send some of our files from my PC over to a Unix server.
I have been sent a command line that I am supposed to use, and jsut downloaded WINSCP. That's as good as it gets so far.
When I try to run WINSCP on my PC I get a box requesting basic username/password and host name informaiton. I put all this in and hit enter. I get 'Searching for Host" for a few seconds and then "Network Error Connection timed out" message. I know this is all very vague, but considering the time crunch I am under, I am just trying to get this done and will learn more about it later. Any suggestions?
The version I downloaded in Version 3.61 build 221.
