No I have not, as the server tells nothing useful. Was it upload or download? Have you tried other SFTP client?

Hi,

I have installed WinSCP and tested copying file and I got the error message:

Copying files to remote side failed
General failure.
Error code: 4
Error message from server: Failure (?)
Request code: 6

Do you have any idea what is going on?
