What protocol do you use? Download or upload? If download do you use drag&drop shell extension (see drag&drop tab of preferences window)? Where do you drag the file to (inside or outside of winscp)?

Resuming file transfer

I set the program to enable resuming in the options, yet when I drag a file over to the directory, it only gives me the option to overwrite, not resume, any ideas?
