I absolutely love WinSCP – such a great program!
A feature I have been really dying for is the option to open a connection just in PuTTY. The idea is you select which connection you want to open, select the option to "Open in PuTTY", and then PuTTY launches and the connection list closes (just like when you start a session and go to file explorer, except this time just PuTTY opens.
Attached is my very crappy mockup of where this launch option could go.
