.CSS File Transfer Failure

I am attempting to download my html and css files through WINSCP for my website, but the .css files do not seem to go through for some reason...So the website is unstructured and ugly.

This is my second website, and I didnt have this problem when uploading files through PFT with godaddy.com. It is WinSCP with ghandi.net.
