you can look at any file. Every file in the remote-window of WinSCP had a timestamp exactly 1 h "later" than in the windows-command-line-FTP-dir-window.
In the log, every file has its correct UTC timestamp, as it should have according to
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc3659#section-2.3 .
Windows displays the time modified according to the actual time zone setting, which was gmt+2 (now is gmt+1).
Somehow WSCP displayed gmt+3 during daylight saving time for the "remote" window.
May be its a strange error occurring at the last day of dst...
