You have to edit the color on Login dialog.

Or, after you change the color of opened site, explicitly save it by going to Session > Save Session as Site (overwriting your existing site).

background colour
Previously I have set custom background colour for every server. (user interface /commander)
Now I have added another server, but when I set new color (options/color) my settings are not saved and background is still default (white).
How can I set and save it?
