How can I configure other proxy server of our company ...

We have multiple proxy server and which has different IPs, how can I configure it so that I can access that proxy server to our proxy server and vice versa. As of now what we are doing is via dialup of copying files. With WinSCP it is very easy to copy file from one point to another. Please help us.
