Оказалось достаточно включить параметр Power.ChargeVMs в 1 (Configuation ESX Host -> Software box -> Advanced Settings -> Power).PS Извиняюсь за назойливость, но для перезагрузки агента следует использовать команды (Automatic Startup/Shutdown на хосте должно быть DISABLED!!!):> service mgmt-vmware rtarset> service vmware-vpxa rtarset
