You can configure keepaliaves to avoid being disconnected.

I'm talking about the "timeout" after tong-term user inactivity.

"timout out" message may mean that the server is responding too slow, not that connection has dropped down.

Reconnect is on the wishlist, but it is not easy to do, if it should restart the dropped transfer as well.

I think it would be more comfortable if the program reconnected to the server automatically, so there would be no session timeout.
