I have sent you an email with a development version of WinSCP for testing to address you have used to register on this forum.

All program info is in debuglog-file, level 2 selected.

What is done:

Setting is selected:
Option -> Preferences -> Panels -> Remote -> "Refresh remote panel every": 10

Opened normal ftp connection, e.g "ftp.funet.fi
cd to "/dev"
drag&drop "1Gnull" to any local folder.


After few seconds, WinSCP halt. And windows crash message, although in Finnish, i include it still here:
WinSCP stopped responding.

Tested with many servers, local network and remote. Always happen when option selected. Transfer work if selection is NOT selected.

Update time doesn't matter, as long "autoupdate" happens during transfer.

Remote filename doesn't matter, only seems that "autoupdate" while transfer is on, it causes crashing. Tested multiple times, and always happens.
When autoupdate is NOT selected, transfer is OK, and no program crash.

Tested on WinXP SP3 and WIndows 7, FI-locale. With ALL latest updates on every system.
