Yes it's allowed.
You need to distribute GPL license along with WinSCP binaries (basically the whole content of the portable package).

Winscp in commercial application

Hello
i have questions concerning the usage of Winscp in a commercial application (which is sold to customers) and is not licensed under GPL:
-I want to distribute the portable Installation of Winscp together with a commercial product (not the sources)
-Winscp is used in the commercial product through Scripting (With or without Winscp-GUI)
Is it allowed to do this and earn money with the whole Product?
What has to be respected?
