Ok,

I am looking for a secure file transfer suite to use for a few of our customers and businesses. I like WinSCP, but, what I'd like to be able to do is modify the executable to allow/disallow certain settings and to embed the keys I create for the specific customer I send the executable to. That way I can control the executable's use on the other end, and it is easier for my customers. Is it possible to do this now? and if not, would it be possible to this any way?
