Please attach a complete session log file showing the transfer with both WinSCP and FileZilla.

Binary transfer with WinSCP GUI
Transfering below file with WinSCP GUI, I do not get the expected results and file is corrupted.
Expected result should be:
> cksum testing.bin
229175097 17165007 testing.bin
After transfer with WinSCP the results are:
> cksum testing.bin
1844464250 17103540 testing.bin
Note: All settings are default and this same file was transfer with FileZilla and CoreFTP without any problems. Also I have just download the version 5.7 (Build 5125) still same issue.
