It's probably some NAT/firewall issue.

hi I am getting the an error message when trying to connect to FTP implicit saying
Transfer channel can't be opened. reason: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
couldn't retrieve directory listing
time out detected. (control connection)

will you be able to advice please
