Please attach a complete log file both from WinSCP and FileZilla, showing the upload.

Also download and installed latest version with the same results.

I am having trouble putting a file to a remote server that requires FTP with TLS/SSL Implicit encryption. If I use filezilla with the same setup everything works fine.
I can read and download files without issue, when I attempt to put a file i get a permission denied message.
